This in turn has caused many employees who work in the Nutrition Services department undue amounts of stress and frustration which has led to break downs in communication and at times tears and outbursts among the coworkers.This department though has great potential to be a great environment for its employees with changes in how management views each of their employees importance and contributions to the department including showing recognition and rewarding those who go above and beyond on a daily basis to provide for the students and staff that work at Evanston Township High School. The lengths they go to in providing healthy and delicious menu items for the staff and students is rarely if ever appreciated and has become seen as routine by those managing these employees. Unfortunately there is very little compensation for those that work in this department that go above and beyond to provide food for the children who go to school at Evanston Township High School.

Working in the Nutrition services department is very hard and fast paced work.
